What if I want to cancel my cabin earlier than 6 months?

You will be liable for the remaining term. For example, if you cancel after 22 weeks, you must pay for the remaining 4 weeks.

Do you offer discounts for renting the cabin for longer than 12 months?

No, our weekly rental rate of $65 is already competitive, offering savings from week one.

What if I don’t own the property where the cabin is going? Written permission from the landlord is required.

How do I hook up power to the cabin?

We provide a 10-meter insulated power cord to connect to the nearest outlet.

How do I set up a phone and internet in my cabin?

There is no internal telephone jack. Customers typically use WiFi and mobile phones.

How secure is my cabin?

The cabin is fully lockable with key-operated sliding doors and windows, and a security light for added protection.

Will the cabin be able to get down my driveway?

The driveway must be at least 3 meters high and 2.6 meters wide.

Are your cabins insulated? How warm are they?

Yes, our cabins are fully insulated and warm in winter. A small oil column heater can be used if needed.

What is the best position on my property for my cabin?

It is best to have the side window facing north to capture sunlight. We will ensure proper positioning upon setup.
